- Works with all prospective Eagle Scout candidates

- Chairman of the troop, liaison between troop and Charter organization
- Chairs monthly troop committee meetings
- Responsible for the re-charter of the troop
Treasurer
- Keeps all financial records for the troop, providing current reports to the committee monthly
Outdoor / Activities Coordinator
- Plans and provides logistics for all outdoor events (transportation, etc.)
Committee Member
Special Events Coordinators/Fundraising
- Coordinates point person and teams for special events and activities
Advancement Coordinator
- Keeps current records and orders materials for the advancement of each scout and volunteers
Summer Camp (Camp A) Coordinator
- Promotes, plans and implements the summer camp experience
Merit Badge Coordinator
- Ensures that we have a sufficient number of trained and registered merit badge counselors, and organizes group merit badge opportunities for the scouts
New Scout Unit Coordinator
- Responsible to meet with cub scouts and parents prior to cross over to explain how Troop 18 works and to promote the boy scouting experience
- Responsible for encouraging and coordinating adult or parent involvement with Troop
Training Coordinator
- Responsible to ensure that the troop leader training is up to date
Committee Secretary
- Takes and records notes from committee meetings
Popcorn Coordinator
- Posts Troop18 events to calendar
- Coordinates popcorn sales for the troop
Communication & Website
- Communication systems and organization
- Manage troop website content
