Rachel Langston joined Dawson with her family in 2001 and has served in Life Group Leadership, Preschool/Children's Ministry, the Sanctuary Choir, and Women's Ministry. In August 2014, she joined the Dawson staff as Ministry Assistant for the Spiritual Development Ministry. In 2016, she began hosting the weekly worship service live stream feed, and, in 2019, she transferred to the Communications Team to become the Social Media Coordinator.

She holds a B.A. degree in English/Psychology from Samford University in Birmingham and a M.S. in Educational Technology from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Before becoming a mom, she worked as the Technology Coordinator at Mountain Brook High School in Birmingham. She and her husband, Kevin, have two children.
